This one is a little different from the other horse and buggy photo. It's also scanned from Clara (Ross) Fowlie's photo album. The caption in the album was "Our boyfriend Frank." So, it is a pre-1920 photo of Frank Brown Fowlie (1892-1977).

Frank Fowlie is my great grandfather. He married Clara Ross and their daughter married Elvis J. Brassfield (1920-2006).
