This is one of the last decent photos of Frank Brown Fowlie during his stint as a cook at Fort Sill, Oklahoma during World War I. I don't have much more info about his time in Fort Sill. There is a photo of a band, but I can't tell if Frank is in that photo.

Frank's connection to the Brassfield surname is through his daughters marriage to Elvis J. Brassfield.
