Frank B. Fowlie World War I

This is a photo of Frank Brown Fowlie (1892 - 1977) in uniform at Fort Sill, Oklahoma during World War I. From what I have been told, Frank served entirely in Fort Sill. It appears that he never deployed with the expeditionary forces to Europe. Following the war in 1920, Frank married Clara Bernice Ross.


Frank Brown Fowlie is my great grandfather. He married Clara Ross and their daughter married Elvis J. Brassfield (1920-2006).
