This is a photo of Frank Brown Fowlie (1892 - 1977) in uniform with bayonet practice targets. As far as I can tell, this was in Fort Sill, Oklahoma during World War I.
Frank never was fortunate to never need to use what he learned at Fort Sill. He was never deployed overseas with the expeditionary forces. Following the war in 1920, Frank married Clara Bernice Ross.
