Wordless Wednesday - Floyd and Thelma Brassfield

This is a photo of my great grandparents, Floyd Gipson Brassfield and his wife Thelma Sarah Hunt. It looks to me like it might be a combination of two photos.

Floyd Gipson Brassfield, son of Elvis H. Brassfield and Nellis Bell Bates, was born April 4, 1898 in Sergeant Bluff, Woodbury County, Iowa and died January 19, 1961. He was buried in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Vancouver, Clark County, Washington.

He married Thelma Sarah Hunt August 19, 1920 in Storm Lake, Buena Vista County, Iowa.

Thelma Sarah Hunt, daughter of John and Jennie (Johnson) Hunt, was born March 13, 1898 in Randolph, Cedar County, Nebraska and died March 3, 1976. She was buried in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Vancouver, Clark County, Washington.

2. Betty Lucile Brassfield, b. April 18, 1923, d. June 10, 2003. (married name Benkendorf)
3. Irene Shirley Brassfield, b. June 11, 1924, d. April 18, 2010. (married names Terzo and Ireland)
